Eastside Basketball wants YOU!

We are excited to announce that expressions of interest are now open for referees who wish to be a part of our Referee program.
Our commitment to our officials is second to none, with continual training, support and guidance on offer.
You will be a living example of the respect you deserve, delivering a positive experience for yourself, players, coaches & spectators.

Instructions:
1. Please ensure the Primary Contact is an adult over the age of 18 yrs. (This ensures we have an adult consent for our younger referees)
2. Add the Applicants details as the 2nd step, if this is the same as the primary contact select yourself from the list, if not then add the applicants' details. FYI - We will always use the contact details from the Primary Contact field to get in touch. You control who else we send messages too and can be updated at anytime.

EKB 2026/27 SQJBC U16 Rep trials.

Registrations are now open for the EKB U16 Representative Trials.

The EKB Representative Program provides athletes with the opportunity to challenge themselves, develop their game and compete as part of the Eastside Knights representative pathway in the SQJBC and subsequent State Championships.

We encourage all eligible athletes born in 2012 and 2013 who are ready to take the next step in their basketball journey to register and take part in the trial process.

Trial 1 Sunday 23rd of August 2026 8:30am - 10:00am Sleeman Centre (Chandler)
Trial 2 Sunday 30th of August 2026 8:30am - 10:00am Sleeman Centre (Chandler)

Boys:
Trial 1 Saturday 22nd of August 2026 1:00pm - 3:00pm: Cav rd State High
Trial 2 Sunday 23rd of August 2026 10:00am - 11:45am Sleeman Centre (Chandler)
Trial 3 Saturday 29th of August 2026 1:00pm - 3:00pm: Cav rd State High
Trial 4 *If Required* Sunday 30th of August 2026 10:00am - 11:45am Sleeman Centre (Chandler)

What to Bring: Basketball, Water bottle, towel, and your Reversible Trial Jersey.
** As part of the trial fee, you will receive a reversible, numbered trial jersey (yours to keep) that must be worn for trials **


Should your child be unable to attend one or more of the scheduled representative trials, but would still like to be considered for selection, please advise on the comments section of the registration form specifically which sessions your child will not be able to attend. Non attendance at trials, without notification, may affect which team your child may be selected to.
